Improve your smile with orthodontics
Orthodontics can help you achieve a beautiful smile at virtually any age – from the early teens to well into your mature years. There are all sorts of reasons why you might be considering orthodontics for yourself or your child:
Improper positioning of teeth when your mouth is closed (malocclusion), which creates a bad bite.
Wide gaps between teeth
Crooked teeth
Crowded teeth
Asymmetrical teeth – the upper and lower teeth do not match, especially when your mouth is closed but teeth are showing.

Here at Designer Smiles, in Cremorne on Sydney’s lower North Shore, we understand that for many of our patients considering orthodontics, like you, it’s about getting a beautiful, natural-looking smile in the shortest possible time.
Smile makeovers are designed by Dr Sarkis Nalbandian, an aesthetic reconstructive dentist. He performs most orthodontics on site but consults his orthodontic colleagues if you require longer term treatment. When you call, we immediately begin to assess your concerns.
Common orthodontics procedures
Dr Nalbandian tailors your treatment plan by assessing your overall face. He looks at not only how your teeth can be straightened and aligned but how your upper lips are supported by your teeth, your smile line, fullness of smile and bite.If the anatomy of your teeth doesn’t allow for the best aesthetic result, he may include cosmetic dentistry procedures including composite veneers or porcelain veneers to improve their shape and colour. However, in many cases, simple post-orthodontic teeth-whitening is all you need to achieve the best result.

10 Months of orthodontic braces and application of composite veneers When you call us you will find there are many treatment options including:
Invisalign (clear braces)
Metal braces
Lingual braces
Instant orthodontics
