In many cases when adult patients are undergoing an orthodontic treatment, it is not simply to improve the teeth alignment and arrangement, but also to have this procedure in the shortest possible time with optimal results.
There are many options of treatment which can help our patients:-

Dr Nalbandian treats the overall face (the lower third where dentistry is concerned) and assesses not only how teeth are leveled and aligned but also how the upper lips are supported by the teeth, smile line, fullness of smile and bite. In many cases where the anatomy of teeth does not allow for the best aesthetic result, we may consider composite or porcelain veneers to improve shape, colour and that perfect smile. In many cases, simple post-orthodontic tooth-whitening when everything is in the right place achieves the best result.

Final result was achieved in nine months using clear orthodontic brackets followed by in-house one visit tooth whitening.

No tooth removal was necessary

Dr Nalbandian performs most of the orthodontic treatment in our practice, however he consults his orthodontic colleagues for management of patients requiring long-term treatment.
